Fuel 39# injectors and a tune?

Ok I know this has been asked before, but now I can't find it. I have the 93 octane tune on my Mustang already, but I've done alot of work to it over the past few month so I want to put Ford Racing 39# injectors in it. Will the DiabloSports 93 octane tune be enough of a tune for the injectors? I know on AM's website they say "tune required" for these injectors but do not go into detail about it.

You will have to re-tune, the mapping in the existing tune will be for the stock injectors.
