I need to do similar mods due to the high low-mid range torque - not that much HP......I will be relocating the upper rear arm, body side mounting point to give the car an instant center.
It is easy to get in trouble though (picks up speed fast)

I agree with you about adding the larger pulley.

i would keep the tune the same except for the timing ,its soo cold now you can run more but once it heats up outside
