hello im building a mustang found a stock 5.0 motor trya make it be around 400-450hp just need some others ppl ideas i was gonna do a .30 over gt40 heads gt40 upper n lower intake a comp cam i got wit a 588 lift im just not to sure what parts work well together if people can give me some good ideas on combinations of better flowing stuff

If you dont have the top end stuff I would look into the Trick Flow top end set-ups, the price is hard to beat and it will get you an honest 350HP. If you want 400+ I would stroke the motor to 331 or 347 with 10.5:1 compression which will net you your 450.

Really depends on your budget, I would stay away from the GT40 parts though for the power level you want.

im not on sucha buget im doing it over time im just not sure what combos of ****work well other so your saying trick flow for the upper n lower? n not to get the gt40 heads

and also someone told me if i go .40 over it would get to hot as a dalily driver?

Im wanting to do the same thing as you! I am planning on getting the Trick Flow Track Heat package and stroking mine to a 347. I figure that should get me pretty close to my goal of 400 to 450 HP all motor. I am planning on doing mine over a course of time. I want to get all the parts first and the get everything done all at once.
