I just checked Maximum Motorsports website.
The list two different k-members for a 5.0 motor. One for 79-95, and the other 96-03. So it looks like the k-member is different, so the motor might not bolt up. Unless you get the MM k-member, then it will definitely bolt in.

youll have to fab up your own motor mounts...or get someone to do it for you. unless you get the MM one....thats pretty cool, i just checked it out too...i didnt know they made one for that. and they make one for the 4.6 into a fox. damn thats pretty sweet.

Beside the wiring harness (both engine and chassis) and the different k-member, it also uses a completely different fuel system. You would have to run completely new fuel lines, as the 5.0 would require a return style fuel system, and the current mustangs run a returnless style. There is quite a few more things that would need to be changed, but it's a bit to early for me to think of them all.

yeah the engine i wood be putting in wood be a carberated 302 so i dont need the harneses and sence its a newer car the the fuel pump is in the tank so i know i wood need a regulator so i think all i wood have to wory about should be the mounts usually i woodent wast my time in a project but im gettin this car at a steal if i decide to get it its a roller 99'' saleen with every thing but the engine and the inside is striped for racing. i can get the car for only $700 not a typo 700 really and thast why i need to know about the mounts i have the 302 already in my 85'' GT thanks for the help
