5.4 4v base ignition timing table help.

Hey all, this seems to be the one forum with somewhat dedicated support for tuner studios relating to mustang motors. I have a 2001 5.4 4v out of a navigator and am trying to get a better base ignition timing table. The engine is stock running off rusefi through tunnerstudios. I have been searching for base timing map for the 5.4 but the closest thing I have found is some random 4.6 tables. If any additional information is needed let me know. Let me know what I need to change or if you have a better timing table I can use.

Here is the current table. It does run on this but I'm not sure this is a good table.

I'm in the same boat. 5.4 4V stock motor in a 2003 Mustang 5 speed.

My initial timing table came from an AMP EFI base tune for a stock 4.6 2V.

I added timing at idle and bumped up the timing by 2 degrees across the top 3 rows to get where its at now. The engine is running great! i just feel like I may be leaving some HP on the table if it is not enough...
