So are these any good?

http://www.blueovalindustries.com/products.php?pid=625

Or should I get something else. Im thinking this will be my next suspension mod after the springs, shocks, and rear control arms. From what Ive read here and elsewhere SFC's will make a big improvemnt. Im wanting more stuff to help in the twisties...

Most "FL" Sub frames are copycats

http://www.blueovalindustries.com/products.php?pid=624&openparent=1293&dealer=blueoval <-- full length

laural mountain mustangs has the same kit, both copys of MM's but offer small upgraded items (less welding, tq boxes)

Ya I just did some reading... the $50 subframe connectors are boxed 14 gauge while the MM SFC's are boxed .120 steel. I'll get some MM ones...

Just get these dude:http://www.v8power.com/item--Kenny-...nectors-79-04-Mustang-Cobra--KBP29004SPR.html I had a muffler shop install mine. He stitched them instead of one big weld for better strength, then shot a little rubber undercoat on the welds. I also had him cut off my tailpipes and add dumps, all for $50. Good luck!

The Laurel Mountain Mustang ones have torque box supports. The hold the rear subframe better. Check out the pics. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/593952/12

Kenny Brown SFCs are thin...avoid em.
Get the beef - get the MMs. Very long, very heavy...I love mine! I know they are over twice the price, but we are only talking about $50 vs. $119. As these aren't a simple bolt on, you'd be best to spend a few extra bucks and get the good ones - and do it right the first time.

I've had my KB Super Subs on for 6 years and they work just fine. But then, I have the full matrix kit and jacking rails too.

Picture of a kit but not my kit...

My kit before I got it welded on...

You can CLEARLY see how thin they are...compare those to these on my car.

They're really not that thin. Those are not the ones that they send you. I'm not sure if those are an older version or what but I just posted the picture to show how they fit on the car. I can jack up my car with the jacking rails and the entire car lifts without it bending at all.

Btw, post a picture off yours so we can see what you are talking about.
