Since my car have near 600 hP to the crank, i saw that when i floor it often the car burn some oil it is a good thing to put 20/50 oil in there 4.6 L, my car is vortech blowered

I wouldn't run 20w50 in a modular, unless your tolerances elsewhere in the motor are seriously more than they used to be. If you have that much wear, I'd go ahead and suggest a rebuild anyway. But I doubt that's the case here.
In any case, running thicker oil to prevent burning is merely a band-aid for a bigger problem. Depending on the general condition of the motor itself, I'd say you've got some wear, whether it be valve seals, or rings, etc.

sure its not just unburnt fuel when you go WOT? im assuming you're running LTs and o/r midpipe w/ 600hp.
when i saw the FRPP 2000 Cobra R on saturday it had a fatty sticker on the cam cover that said "use only 15w50 synthetic oil" that says a lot.
