anyone wanta make me feel better? I ran my car on a set of balding 24" dunlop radials and managed a best 60' of 2.16

It got me curious as to what times are good/bad when useing a street tire. so whats your best 60 on radials?

2.08 on my G-Force Radials (245/50/16's) with 373's...wheel hopping the whole way...seemed to help me out...that was my best ever...I average about your time...but these 60ft times were with bolt-ons, gears, and full exhaust...not the h/c/i in my sig...I haven't been to the track since I added it...now there is to much tire spin :nonono:

I have lowering springs and subframes...so they kind of cancel each other out...

This will make you feel better.. i've got bald toyo tires... and my best 60 ft was like 2.4... i run 2.5's when it's colder constantly.. it's horrible. I'm still running constant 14.7's.. but with the mods in my sig i think i should be running faster

Yeah your time would be down closer to the high 13's if you could "grab"...

The only time I would ever get that bad of a 60ft...was when I overreved and didn't slip the clutch and just layed rubber for 60ft...I'm guessing your having traction problems :)
