71-73 Mustang ProStreet-Restomod

I’ve always been a big Drag Racing fan & I use to have a Pro-Street ’69 Camaro. Now that I’m building my 1st Mustang I’m torn between going Restomod & Pro-Street Drag car with the build. I actually want to do something in-between. I would like to take it to the drag strip for the most part & also like to give it good street manors. That’s the down side to most Pro-Street cars as some of you may know; they tend to have very poor street manors. Is it possible to build a car w/ the best of both worlds?

Anyway with that being said I’m always searching the intraweb for ideas & I just found something on ebay that I wanted to share w/ you guys. Hopefully some of you can share my appreciation for the reason I bought my 71-73 Mustang. I think this body style looks so good w/ the right wheels, tires & stance.

I agree w/ the hood comment. I totally missed the part about the gauges not working....I'm with you on that also.

I guess growing up around drag racing I just always seem to want to go that route..... I've always loved Drag racing & the look of the Drag Cars.

I really want a good driver but, I still want it to be bad enough that I could take it to the drag strip, “get a spare set of slicks for the track” & lay down some respectable ET’s
