Hi everyone, I searched but didnt find exactly the answer im looking for. I have a 75mm accufab throttle body that im putting on my cobra intake and was wondering if I need to do any machining to the intake before I put it on or will it work just fine with its stock size opening. I know the throttle body fits on the stock intake fine and the blade does not hit but for extra performance how much would I gain by doing this or is it not that important?

it will work fine the way it is but.... I would hogg out the tb opening on the cobra intake to match the 75mmTB. Best bet is to take off the upper so you dont get flakes in your engine. Put the 75mm EGR gasket up to were you are going to hogg and trace it.

He won't have an EGR gasket. Cobra intakes have a completely different EGR setup over the other intakes.

I had to machine my intake a little because my accufab 75 t/b would not open without hitting
