79 steering rack problems

I have a 79 pace car in which I ordered a steering rack from two different companies and both had 1/2” bolts holding the rack on and mine has 5/8” bolts. One unit also had different hose fittings from the powering steering pump. It’s really crazy these companies selling these parts don’t know the difference in these parts. If anyone can explain why the difference to me I would appreciate it. Thanks

It appears that the mounting holes in the racks where the bushings go are all the same ID but when using the 79-84.5 bolts you ditch the sleeve and when using the 85-04 bolts you use the sleeve.
