I'm hurt. A troll would have suggested an LS or 2JZ. I chose a Ford powerplant that has plenty of horsepower potential. Since his coupe is an 83 it would look just fine with a Holley Sniper EFI and a round open element air cleaner. It's only a half inch wider than a 351W and a 1/4 inch longer so fitment wouldn't be a huge issue. Headers would be the biggest issue, but Sanderson shorties would probably work.

Dont you come in here and try to sway him from the path of twin turbo fed supercharger greatness...... :fuss:

You EVIL bastard.....
I was just pointing out the obvious....
Dave has already stated that he is struggling with detailing choices for the SC engine...Especially since it can't even be seen.
I'm all about a meticulous engine compartment. It doesn't have to be filled with high dollar shiny bling,....it just needs to look like there was a purpose to how stuff is attached/thrown in to the bay. And when you open your hood to reveal the menagerie of hoses and enormous accessories hiding the engine beneath,..seems kinda frustrating that such a tiny engine gets so badly covered up by the ugly stuff.

But on the other hand...he could sell off the SC engine, and opt for the cast iron buck teeth vibe that a 351w gives off...;)

It even comes with a sign........:loser:

Lol...

As cool as the Eaton is (I have a fondness for them obviously) I think you should ditch it Dave. Get a decent intake for that thing and use either one or two turbo to feed it. I think two t04e turbos (lots of small engines use them OEM) a well mounted intercooler will net you more than enough smiles..... when you want to really beat on it let the watermeth spray

Thats 2,....Do I hear a third?

Low mount the accessories,..and get them off of that gargantuan bracket system....stick a single 60 mm turbo high and proud,....and just water meth the thing...no reason to involve a bunch of intercooler piping when windshield washer fluid sprayed into a shorter version will do more.

Softer hit, easier on the crank, charge temps are cooler,...and boost is adjustable with a turn of a knob...
Vroom,...muthrfreakin Vroom...
