I see alot if companies that offer the Saleen style side skirts but they offer starting at 87. Why is that? I have an 84 G.T. and want to put the Saleen stlye side skirts and spats on. Can anyone help me find the ones I need to fit my car? I have seen some that say they are for back to 85. I had an 85 and am trying to figure out why these wouldn't work on 84, that is if I can find them again.

Yeah, Ilike the look of the 84 G.T too. Idon't want to change the front or rear valances. Ilike the front bumper cover. Ijust want the side skirts and spats for behind the wheels. I found out that the differene between the 83-86 and 87-93 is the length. The 87-93 is shorter.

the car will look funky with just side skirts and spats, the front air damn is not large enough to flow with any kind of skirting down the sides.

Not really man, I know a guy that I've been trying to get in touch with by the name of Jeff Colvin. He's a local and his car is featured in MM&FF july 02. It's an 85 GT with Saleen side skirts and rear spats. It looks real good.

Saleen side skirts, where did ya get those? Let me guess a company that's out of business, looks good bro. I love the Cobra bumper but I'm too particular to not have matching body molding lines. If only someone from the aftermarket would figure out how to do a cobra bumper with 79-84 moldings and then also for 85-86 moldings. That company would make a kill'n
