91 AOD stock running 17.8 (CO) what can I do?

Yeah I pulled some codes yesterday for the o2 sensors. I am replacing them today maybe that will help. Everything else checks out fine though. It would be nice if this is my biggest problem. Having 3:73's installed sometime next week that should make a difference.

The only thing is I have no wheel spin. I have nothing out of the hole. I have gapped the plugs, replaced the cap, wires and rotor, checked the timing and the throttle positioning sensor. The car seems to be running great just nothing until I hit 3000-3500 rpm

You need to put on a aftermarket converter to get your car out of the hole,the 3.73 will help a lot,but you will still notice a flat feeling when you hit the gas,the factory converter only stall at 1800 rpm and the whole AOD tranny is set up for smooth shifting and gas saving from the factory. So the mininum you will need for holding your own ground on the tracks is~ 3.73 gear,aftermarket converter ( I use a B & M 2400 Holeshot before and it is a nice little converter for a daily driver ).Valve body or shift kit if you know your sh@# around a AOD,I prefer to just drop in the whole valve body and be done,this one little thing plus the converter,gear etc will make your car nice and sharp and you will really enjoy driving it.
Now you done all that you will need better tires,cause your stock Goodyear will just goes up in smoke,drag radial from BFG or Nitto will let you really make use all the power you have at the launch. Racing is not cheap,cause you will have to upgrade your upper/lower control to control any wheel hop and help you even more on your 60's ft time. It never ends....
