absolutly. Talking to the last owner, he said it got driven like 5K miles since around 2010, and all he did was keep the oil changed. A full set of fluids is on the list.

Does anyone know if you can replace the quarter window motors threw the speaker cover holes? the 91 has the big speaker covers.
you have to take it all apart. would consider taking the speaker out if you want to wiggle it to get it to go down.
Yeah, petes' right, you gotta take out the seat and side panels, besides you'll be surprised at the change under the back seat,
not really, nobody sits in the back seat of a fox mustang, if they are sitting back there they are too young to carry change and if they are old enough they already spent it at the bar.

Seriously though, none of my 3 cars have them. The SSP never came with one from the factory, and the other two....they were long gone before I bought the cars.

Glad mine is good. I thought about pressure washing. Yours will clean better than that. Your going to have fun with cleaning your car up. Because you dont have that much to do I would get the cover for the starter solenoid.
that's on the to do list. anyone know or remember what stickers ford had on the solenoid cover?
Not far off. I looked today and It still has the paper speakers and factory head unit with equalizer. So far the only thing I've found that's been changed is the mid pipe and mufflers.

Looks like a nice, original GT convertible. Enjoy it as I am mine. If you elect to do some modifications or changes, save all the old parts. Put em in boxes and label them for the future owner. Nothing I am doing to mine can't be undone and the future owner will have the option to go back to stock if they wish.
The reality is we are all only temporary stewards of these cars for a short period of time and eventually they will hopefully be passed onto someone else that has the passion for preserving these cars that we all do.
I respect those that want to keep them original, but also those that want to make changes to make them their own. To me that's the fun part about these cars. We all only get one lap in life, so we should do what makes us happy and not worry about what others think or what their opinions are. It's your car, do what makes you happy and have fun. I would have to do gears, exhaust and a shifter at minimum, but that's just me because those items really make these cars fun to drive.
If you decide to keep a well maintained stock GT, great, if otherwise, that's good also. The hood blanket in my 87GT was heavily stained and falling apart when I got the car so mine went.

HOLY CRAP.. i have the OEM one from a car i pulled off like 20 years ago when I put a Cervini hood on it. Ridiculous what the parts on these cars are going for now.
