That's what I was thinking about while I was typing above...

[No] fuel pressure at all though... Are [all] of the injectors stuck open? If so... They are getting a power or ground that they are not supposed to.

Earlier you mentioned a code for TPS.

When you have a chance, measure the voltage from the TPS with the Key [On].

E.) TPS voltage exceeds 3.7 volts with the throttle closed. This will shut off the injectors, since the computer uses this strategy to clear a flooded engine. Use a DVM, a pair of safety pins, and probe the black/white and green wires to measure the TPS voltage.
On a 94-95 Mustang, probe the black/white and grey/white wires to measure the TPS voltage.
It should be .5-.1.0 volts with the key on, engine not running. Note that if the black/white wire (signal ground) has a bad connection, you will get some strange readings. Make a second measurement using the battery post as the ground to eliminate any ground problems. If the readings are different by more than 5%, you may have a high resistance condition in the black/white signal ground circuit.

You will find the rest of this checklist here: https://stangnet.com/mustang-forums...-checklist-for-fuel-injected-mustangs.787471/

With your TPS code and open injectors (if that's what going on here), I have to wonder if something it telling the EEC part throttle. The part of that that doesn't make sense is that the EEC should [FAIL] the TPS right away.

What I don't know is what the EEC will do with a [FAILED] TPS. I don't imagine that it would run the injectors full open but...

I guess what I'm getting at is this: Change the TPS

TPS is dead on 1.00 when closed and 4.00 full throttle. Noid light does not light up with key on but does when you crank the engine.

Is it flashing or on steady when it cranks?

Imagine (if you can) the engine idling at 750 RPM.
That's 750 times in a minute the injector pulses, that's flashing really fast, injector stops pulsing when the engine stops turning even with the ignition switch turned to run position.
Pulsing is good.

An injector can leak even if it is in the [closed] position.

It may be time to pull them all and find a place local to clean and flow-test them all.

I wonder how many pintle caps will fall apart when they're pulled...

This is how you eliminate the injectors as a possibility and get them flow-matched at the same time.

Something else just occurred to me:

Pinch off your return line [carefully] with a vice grip or some other method... Prime the pump and check fuel pressure again.

If you're still getting nothing, you've at least eliminated the FPR as the issue.

Yeah sorry my bad. I assume there is a compacitor that controls the fuel injectors opening. The tune I bought was tweecer. Anyone know anyone the rebuilds the old A9P ECM ?

I replaced the three leaky capacitors on both ECUs I have, I have an A9P and an A9L and it is very easy to do. There are a few HOW to’s in google with pictures and anyone can follow those steps.
I don’t think I’m very helpful to solve your rich condition but replacing those caps might help some.
Good luck

Well still no luck with fuel issue l. Replaced one leaky injector got car to hold fuel pressure now holds then slowly leaks down. Still dumping fuel in cylinders. Guess my only other option is to replace all the injectors.???
