Well took mom's cobra to the track today since mine is in a million pieces and this is what the best time was. Also listed is the track conditions and mods of the car.

60'= 2.18 street tires
1/8 = 9.19 at 80mph
1/4 = 14.20 at 98mph

Track conditions were 69 degrees, 25% humidity, 30.08" barometric pressure.

Mods, CAI, 3.55 gears, un catted h pipe, and flowmasters.

Do those seem like good times?

i have never come close to your 60' times on street tires. mind you i race at a local airport that isn't very sticky at all. i usally get 2.3 60' on street tires. i'm sure guys will tell you with more practice you can get that time down and you will get better times

thanks, I know if i get the times down but my slicks are mounted on 15" wheels and will not clear the rear calipers. My gt was 60'ing in the 1.6 to 1.5 range with the slicks. Just trying to get an idea of what everyone else with similar mods is running.

Pretty good times

How were you shifting??

I ran my friends 94 Cobra which was bone stock except for BBK Intake, 75MM Maf and 70MM TB

60ft. 2.1x
1/4 13.9x
MPH 99.9

Except I was was powershifting, and this was on street tires. Gained me 3 tenths and a couple MPHs.

time dont look bad only thing that has me wondering is .
from 1/8 to 1/4 mile your only gaining 18 mph for me and many others 20mph is the normal which i dont see why that car shouldnt trap 100.
not bad times though at all.

Lots of people run 13's with those mods, I haven't yet  That looks about right in my experience.

I have a catted x-pipe, pulleys and gears. I still have yet to get a 13 second N/A timeslip in my car. I have been to the track 5 times so far. My best time N/A is 14.01 @ 99.6mph. 13's are attainable, it just takes a little more skill/guts than I have.
