95 seat rear seat cushion removal?

My rear seat belt latch needs replacing (95 vert), but I can't figure how to remove the rear cushion. Can't find bolts and tried lifting up hard without success.

How do I get the cushion out.

Anybody have an extra black rear seat belt latch side?

Feel under the middle of each rear seat - you'll feel a latch. Kneel down on that spot with your knee, push in the latch, and lift up. That side of the seat will come loose. Repeat on the other side. That's it! The back end of the seat is just wedged in under the top seat backs.

As for seat belts, I can only recommend eBay.
