Bought this car as a factory cobra, when I went to see it/buy it, I discovered it had a Kenne Bell supercharger on it. In the glove box was a sct computer that plugs into the obd port, the salesman,I got the car from a Ford Dealer, told me could turn up to a 1000 hp. In the trunk fastend to the drivers side is a little black box about 2 inches square with two wires coming out of it with numbers from 10 to 30 on it and a dial currently set at 16 ,also says Kenne Bell on it, currently set at,as I was told, 420 hp at the tires. Not sure just what i got , but i'm working on it. Got low idle missfire, under 2000 rpm, spark plugs maybe? and speed sensor is not working right

Pictures would be good. No, it will not "turn up" to a thousand horse power. Monkeying with anything having to do with tune or boost without a firm grasp of what you are doing (generally involving a trained tuner/technician) will likely result in blowing the entire thing sky high and/or spitting shiny pieces out onto the road.

Was just saying what I was told when I bought the car, not that I was going to do anything with it, because I am not. The SCT would need a computer for the HDMI cable, also it is blocked from making adjustment. The ponies under the hood are more than enough for my needs. The roads where I live in Northeast Pa. are in such top notch shape. the Cobra bottoms out at 50 mph. Thank you very much for your words of caution on messing with anything. Pics will be coming, electronics is not my strong suit. I almost forgot, I have a dyno readout for it dated 11/30/2017 . I'll post that with the pics too.
