Well I am impressed with this thing, I highly recommend it to anyone. A couple people here have said that they are worthless on minor bolt-on cars, but I disagree 100%. I installed the standard Diablo tune and haven't touched a thing.

- Got rid of the dead spot @ 2000RPM to 3500RPM
- Now pulls hard all the way to redline
- Way better throttle response
- Seems to run smoother

It may not add 1000HP but it moves the power band enough that it = serious SOTP gain. It was well worth the $280 :D I paid for it.

Sweet, I'll be gettin one soon! What I wanna know is where you got it for $280? Is that shipped?

BTW, thanks for the little write up. This is exactly what I like to see in the tech area :nice:

Plan on bumping up the timing/fuel anytime soon? What settings?

TIA

Edit: Just saw the previous posts also... 280 is an awesome price. I can get it for 300 elsewhere (if he does not tell us where to get it for 280, I will tell you how to get it for 300 + shipping)

I bought it through a local stereo shop that I talked into a account with a well known performance website. Since they don't sell performance stuff they let me order what ever I want for wholesale price.

I am also running 91 octane with no ping at all and by monitoring ign. retard I think I am ok leaving the timing alone. Before I filled up with 91 I had about 1 1/2 gallons of 90 floating around in there. The last time I gunned it before I pulled into fill her up I heard a very slight ping. But it hasn't done it since.

I love the data loging and streaming, Last night I raced a 95 LT1 Z28 and he was just convinced I was cheating. " How come you need that thing with the screen " are you running nawwwwsss?
