I am having some unusual idle issues and I think that the Mass Air sensor and the injectors are behind the problem. Any feedback is helpful. I am using Accel 40lbs injectors and 76mm C&L meter. The C&L flow tube is calibrated for 42lbs injectors. I just bumped the fuel pressure up to compensate.
My engine will idle and run fine for about 20 to 30 minutes then the idle will fluctuate up and down repeatedly for a few seconds, then idle fine for about 20 seconds and then start fluctuating again. This pattern happens over and over again and continues until the engine is turned off and cooled.
I never had any idle issues with the 30lbs injectors that I was running before. I used the same C&L meter, but with the flow tube for the 30lbs injectors.
And, my TPI sensor voltage is set at .95
