I have TFS Heads, GT40/Explorer Intake, 24lbs injectors, 73mm MAF, 70mm TB, comp cam 1.7 RR, and MAC LT Headers that I haven't installed on my car yet. I'm still waiting to order the cam, O/R h-pipe, and a couple other parts. I was thinking about putting the intake, fuel injectors, TB, and MAF on this weekend though. I realize I'll have to take off the intake again once I put the heads and cam in, but would doing this ruin the new gaskets I'll be using for the intake? I would really like to do this as I won't be able to do the rest of the parts for at least another month.
Thanks,
Brian

It's better safe then sorry, always buy new gaskets. think of putting it together, starting it and then finding a leak on the old gasket. My opinion, its worth the 20.00 dollars

i took my intake off to clean it up and re-used the gaskets. no problems. when you take off the intake check the gaskets if they look ok then use them. i did buy a spare gasket just in case. its nice to have anyway. id put the parts on and do heads and cam later. why wait? the day i get a part it goes on that day

Yes, it will wreck them. Gaskets are one-time use. Even if they were reusable, I wouldnt want to go through all that work twice if I didnt need to. Just wait, a month isnt long.
