and added this? I think the best wheel for my car I've come across...but I like the opinion of others...let me know what ya think.

It looks good to me, but I like the look of the original steering wheel. Maybe it's just me, but just about every aftermarket steering wheel looks out of place when it's installed.
As for aftermarket, that one looks pretty good

Thanks Dave, as you know it can be difficult to find areas to improve upon without it becoming a HUGE effort or investment after a while...this seems like a nice moderately simple upgrade that will make a nice difference.

I am the kind of person who likes factory looking wheels. The aftermarket stuff just doesnt look good in newer cars (again in my opinion). Id LOVE to see what a charcol leather wheel from a 99+ looks like in an 87-89 fox!

Aftermarket steering wheels just never look right, especially with the goofy adapter most of them need.

Also you'd lose your cruise control with that wheel.

i think stock is 15.5 or 16.5. but dont hold it to me

That looks pretty good.. but have you considered the Momo Monte Carlo?

It has a great feel and I think looks great too.
