Any RWD economy cars?

What about the Scion Tc? Anybody know anything about them? They're about the same price as the Mazda, and insurance is close too.

It's a Toyota. That's about all I know.

Why not AWD? I've driven my friend's 2005 2.5 RS and man that thing really impressed me. Who ever stated that they are 22k, you are wrong. They start at 17k.

i drove one last weekend ( went car shopping for the wife ) and i must say that little car is fun as hell to drive....its quick for what it is and still cheap, the one i drove had the 3000.00$ trd supercharger on it. I think it was at 210hp but still gets great gas milage.

Well I bought the Mazda 3 today. It's got some decent power for a 4-cyl if you keep it above 3 grand, and it handles awesome!

I got the sedan in winning blue. I'll get some pics when I pick up the car on monday.

Where's the pics? There is a Roush Focus that color at a dealer by my house. It has gunmetal 17" wheels, black leather, Roush body kit, hoodscoop, tint, lowered, ect. It looks pretty freakin cool for a Focus, but it's $25k . Does your 3 have the 2.3L?

The dealer screwed up and the car I was supposed to get had allready been sold. But, they found me an 06(instead of 05) with a moonroof and 6 disc changer that they're giving me for the same price as the other one. So Im getting one year newer, plus an additional $1000 in options for the same price!

Im picking it up tomorrow night, I hope. It has the 2.3L and a 5-speed, it's actually a lot of fun to drive!

If anybody's looking for a Mazda or Toyota in Ohio, I highly reccomend Mazda Direct in Columbus. I went to Ricart's first and got treated like crap. The guy's at Mazda Direct were very nice and helpfull, and they got me very close to the payments I wanted. They were able to find me the car that I wanted where Ricart's was basically "what you see is what you get", and they wouldn't even attempt to find me a car.
