Anybody's Side Mirrors get loose?

The actual mirror on the passenger side of my Mustang is LOOSE as hell. When I shift or go over even the slightest bump it shakes like no tomorrow. People riding with me constantly say "Dude your mirror is about to fall out".

How do I tighten it up, or at least prevent it from shaking so badly? I'm sure there is some kind of fastener behind the mirror, but how do I gain access to it?
