Anyone fit 2 child seats in the back?

My 4yo granddaughter hated riding in my back seat with her car seat...even with the front seats fully forward her feet and legs jammed into the back of the front seat, because her legs were so short she couldn't bend them down at the knees when in her seat. Something to check.

Are the kids big enough for booster seats and are they legal on your state? 10 years ago, that was no problem.

We are strict here in nj with child seats (something I'm all for). My 4 year old meets booster seat required weight. I plan on one booster with 5 point harness and a real covertible seat for my little guy.
My kids are pretty tolerant so I'll judge who goes on which side after I get the seats. They will just be thrilled to be in the car, period.

That's odd, I figured it was line it up, mark holes and drill.

I’ve been wanting to do this as well. @Mustang5L5, Do you have to drill holes in the rear shock towers to mount that? Also, what tether did you use?

It is, until you go to do it. The contour of the mounting brackets donesnt exactly match the shape of the sheet metal, mine was also short slightly requiring use of washers to make up the extra space. So trying to mark and drill with washers in the mix was a challenge

Yes, into the rear wheel well area. I just used a cheap eBay tow hook attachment. Was $10 or so

Pretty much remove the 1/4 trim, drop the shocks out, drill and bolt up? @Mustang5L5?

I did it without removing the trim. I’ll grt some pics. No need to drop the shocks. It bolts purely to the sheet metal
