i live in brandon florida and me and the girlfriend both have mustangs...it would be cool to meet some nice mustang guys...i used 2 go to a "carshow" in the parking lot of sonic but it turned into a bunch of high school kids and their ricers looking for a place to fight and talk trash...

I am in Pasco, and there is another from Pinellas "2GTsforus" or something like that. Head over to The Stang Gang they are predominantly in the Pinellas area but I am sure there is some events over your way, also check on tamparacing.com's ford section, they have alot of Fox guys there too!

thanks man...ive been on tamparacing.com but i like this site better because its devoted to stangs...also alot of ricers talkin trash...there are more ricers than good ole american muscle around here...makes me wanna yak...

Are you talking about Mustangs of Manatee? I went to one of their meets outside Sonic with my cousin back when he had a Cobra. This must have been about 4 years ago when I went down to visit. They had some cool stangs and friendly people. I saw one of the cars, a red/black 99 Cobra featured in 5.0 M&SF a few months ago.

I'm in St Pete, been here 5 years and I came from Pittsburgh. It is my suggestion for anyone from PA to get the F*** out of there and move down here. You can drive your car year round, sometimes it doesn't rain for months -better for cleaning, and it's just all around better. But I do miss the city.
We have some get together spots around here but it's a little too far from Brandon, maybe not.

yes im talkin about the ones in the sonic and walmart parking lots...dont think mustangs of manatee meet there anymore...i only met a few guys there with stangs and they were all cool but nowadays its overrun with imports and high school kids starting $#!! and i think i know the black and red cobra your talking about it looks very nice!

i actually work with a lady thats from pittsburgh and she loves it here also...and yes the weather is mighty fine and stpete isnt very far i go to rays games over there and lighting games...you must not be on the tampa side of st pete?

i am in orlando. i tried to do a mustang meet a couple months ago after several people gave me a definite yes. i even got a group deal at wing house here. i was the only one to show up. let me know, im still down for meeting fellow stangneters.
