I have a 93 Mustang 5.0 with an AOD and want to change it to a manual. I was wondering if swapping to a T5 is the best option or if I should go with a different trans. At the moment the engine is for the most part stock except for a BBK SSI intake, but I eventually plan on pulling the engine and building it up. Is it worth getting a heavier duty trans or going with the T5 for the time being?
