so is it worth rebuilding the C4 to use with 3.55s for my purposes or am I better off building up an AOD with manual valve body and do 3.73s or 4.10s? Keep in mind I am a poor college student lol
). You have to decide if you like the shift mentality or the slushbox mentality. Bracket racing begs for a C4/AOD, but daily driving, unless you're constantly in bumper to bumper traffic, is all about shifting if you ask me.
i hope eric doesnt mind me posting this, this run was last week at my local track cecil county dragway. dont let the AODs are weak people scare you away, see for yourself this car is flat out beautiful and nast car.......with overdrive

So with a gear like 3.55's and a C4 it should be fine... Or an AOD and 3.73's.... Personally, I prefer the C4, unfortunatly I dont have one in this car, but if I can find one that's the route I'd go. I had one in my T-Bird and loved it.....
