alright, well I decided I want to keep my stock bullitt's or get bullitt replicas in anthracite, and I want to stick with 17's. Here's the problem...
I want to stick with 17x8's and 245/45/17's in the front.
As for the rear, I definitely want to go wider. 275 or 285/40/18 would be perfect. I do not want to go with 315/35/17's. Two 17x9 bullitt's for the rear would be perfect...however, I don't think Ford makes the Bullitt's in 17x9, therefore I'd have to go with the replicas...but I heard the replica's are a little bit darker than the stocker's and have a shinier lip. I'm afraid this will end up bugging me, cuz I want all 4 rims to look the same.
That being said, so far I have a few options...
1) keep my stock 17x8's all around and just put 275/40/17's on the back. Get spacers on the rear wheels to have them stick out a bit more. I'd only have to buy 2 tires for the rear. I'd rather not stick a 275/40/17 on a 17x8 rim though.
2) Buy 17x9's all around and go wider in the front (what size would be good? i don't want to have tracking/rubbing problems) and rear. I'd have to buy 4 new tires and 4 new wheels.
3) Buy 2 17x9's and not care about the slight color/shine differences between the factory and replica wheels. I'd have to buy 2 new tires and 2 new wheels.
if you have any suggestions or advice, please let me know.
