Progress Thread Back in a Fox 89GT

Like i stated prior, awful at updates, but I've been making a ton of progress on this thing, getting it ready for paint here pretty soon. I still need to do some trimming on the panels and final placement. This was my first time welding and doing body work on my own so it's definitely not perfect but i'm happy with the way it turned out. it's nice to come back and look through this thread to see how far the car has come.

We got the engine bay painted last night, and I'm definitely happy with the way it turned out, now to start putting it back together without scratching anything.

Just so you know, your driver side header is on backwards.

Some more new parts, just waiting on headlight seals and few other items the light is at the end of the tunnel.

anyone experience a 1/2 inch or higher height adjustment from going from a non-gas shock to a gas shock? That doubled with a slightly shorter tire my car is sitting higher in the rear, I'm thinking of taking 3/4 of coil out of my rear springs.

How about any one having issues fitting a firewall adjuster with the cobra booster..

Yes, high pressure shocks will have some affect on ride height vs low(no)-pressure shocks.

Thanks, yeah its not the firewall plate it's just the size of the knob was hitting the booster fully extended when screwing it in, I was a few pops in i'll take another look.
