Your best off to contact MM and let them know your situation.. they will set you up right the first time. It may cost a few bucks but it's worth the extra coin - by FAR!

I went with the Bilstein S/S, H&R sport springs, MM Panhard bar, MM C/C plates, MM STB, MM K-member brace and MM LCA, an probably a few more things that I just can't remember right now that I bought from MM over 5 yrs ago, and I wouldn't have anything else.

No my goal was to determine which company made the best parts as determined by fellow stangers through experience. I had a feeling the quality of maximum motorsports product would push them to the top.

Set-Up

I just got new wheels. 18x9 on all four corners and I am looking to do the springs and shocks/struts while I am there.

What are the suggestions for a car that is only driven on the weekends and I value ride quality and tractio0n more than ripping corners.

Any ideas? Sounds like I should call MM.

Thanks

Go to the MM website and send them an email. I did it today and got an email back within a couple of hours. Great information, too.

I'm awaking this thread for a few reasons... I just installed a UPR front end kit, K-member, control arms, coilovers. I had to preload the driver's side spring way more than the passenger to get the right height level, any ideas? Is my car twisted? I installed BMR subframes when I got it, they are very heavy duty. It also seems as though the rearend of my car is shifted to the right 1/2 an inch... my torque boxes arent ripped but they may be tweaked. Can I use battle boxes to fix this shift, any other ideas. I'll take pics tomorrow to show you what I mean. By the way my car is a 91 vert. Thank You

Achieving a good ride quality will be a challenge with 18"wheels due to the low profile.I wouldn't lower it unless you have smooth roads where you live.New stock springs/shocks/struts may be best for what you say you are after or maybe some adjustables eg.Tokicko Illuminas .Of course,if you don't have subframe connectors do those first.

I have a complete QA1 front tubular suspension with coil overs, with UPR rear control arms, and eibach drag springs. Haven't get the parts on the car yet though.

I wanna do my car right and 1ce. I am lookin at the MM kits but is there a specific 1 i shuld look into for street use? I was looking into the road and track box and the maximum box, They are expesive but im willin to save for it. preferences for each? thanks

if you lower it, go with a bumpsteer kit to keep performance.

I'm pretty near done isntalling my Maximum Grip box from MM in my 90 coupe. I should get some recent pics of it up soon. All I have left to do to it is weld the subframe connectors in and she's all done!

Only stock suspension piece left on the entire car is the front sway bar
