Bigger injectors?

Need some advice on an upcoming speed density to MAF swap I'm about to do on my '88 GT. All the parts for the swap came with the car when I bought it - only issue is that the 75mm meter included is calibrated for 30# injectors. Will I be ok running 30#ers on a mostly stock setup (cobra intake, e-cam, exhaust) or should I look to buy another meter calibrated for 19# injectors.

I'll be building a motor worthy of the bigger injectors in about a year and would really like to avoid buying a new meter unless I really need it (can't be much worse than the current setup, ha).

Anyone running bigger injectors on a mild setup? Any driveability issues?

Thanks in advance...

The injector size plays a significant role in how your car acts.

I have 30lb injectors on a more 'extreme' setup than yours and it acts up. The MAF is perfect from Pro-M. It gives you rich idle and surging idle. Sometimes it would give me hard cranking starts when the engine was hot.

Anyways, that being said, if this isn't your daily driver and you don't have to deal with possible quirks everyday, I say just keep the injectors and maf and save some dough.

It is a combo of the calibration from the vendor you choose and injector size.

Low impedence injectors are made for a reason.
