wondering what would be my best bang for the buck a bigger throttle body, or a bigger mass air meter? my engine is basically stock (see mods below) also what size to go with and what brand. i still have the 19 lb. injectors
thanks

i would say the exact same thing as 93 teal stang...i would go with the TB first just because u dont have a need for larger injectors or a larger MAF. I think that the improvements for both would be very similar but still not a ton. I think you will get crisper throttle response and a couple ponies out of the TB and i think its the best way to go for your setup. im looking into doin the same exact thing. good luck man

i'm going to go against the grain here and say you'll get more out of the maf. but there are pro's and con's to each for you.

the stock maf is 55mm, stock t/b is 60mm. therefore if you swap the t/b out you're still drawing through that little 55mm maf. whereas if you swap the maf you're opening the intake up a bit. on the other hand if you swap the maf out now you'll have to get it recalibrated if you ever need to go to a larger injector.

my point is this: t/b won't IMHO do squat for your car, maybe a couple peak hp. maf should gain you more, but you may need to get it recal. down the road sometime AND they've been known to cause issues with CAI (which you have).

just some things to consider

Exactly what I was thinking, these motors are seriously intake side flow challenged. Open up everything from MAF to heads and you will see improvements. You are far off from needing injectors upgraded. For now your money would be best spent on going with larger MAF of course unless you find a used Cobra intake.
