black smoke exhaust and fuel smell in oil please help

ok, i have a pic of the burnt out piece of equip on autozone i found a replacement part GP-SORENSON MR121...still don't know what it is though...

i found out what that part was...i called a ford dealer--it is the relay for the a/c (which i plan on taking out anyway)
now if i could just figure out the fuel mixture...
a friend mentioned O2 sensors ???
any ideas?

well found out the reason for the black smoke...
MAP snsor vaccum hose was frayed. Fixed it.
Now my Throttle postion sensor is reading 1.21...how do i adjust that?
