2002 V6 Mustang, Fuse for the windows is fine, further more, power mirrors are on same circuit and working fine. Both window motors were working last week; highly doubt both window motors burned out at the same time.

Is there a relay or circuit breaker somewhere that I'm missing? I did several searches on windows and found out that there might be a circuit breaker (CB) for the windows. I can't find the CB anywhere though.

If the switch on the drivers side had an issue the passenger side switch should still work right?

Thanks in advance for any help!!

The power mirrors are on fuse F2.19. The power windows are on circuit breaker F2.43.

In addition to a CB for the entire circuit, each individual window motor has a CB as well.

Both windows go through the driver's side master switch.

Since you think the power is OK, the first test should be to confirm power at the switch. Test the LB/BK wire on the master window switch for +12 volts in "run/acc".

Next, confirm the ground is OK. Test the Black wire on pin#7 and #12. With the key off, measure the resistance back to battery negative. Should be low. Post.

Based on these test, will go from there.

Thanks for the info. I guess I was overlooking the problem. Turns out it was a loose negative battery cable. No idea what that had to do with the windows, but they are working after fixing the battery cable.

Thanks again stangnet, you guys always come through.
