Bought car at dealship, now they want to sue me???

So the fluids all became low within a couple of days of you purchasing the car?? Interesting.
And again if the model of car you chose to buy is known to eat transmissions, why is that the dealers fault? And why would you buy it?? Should researched a little bit, maybe???
Next time take an adult with you to buy a car......
Hopefully losing a couple grand will make you a little more wise the next time you go to purchase a car. You were given a gift in the fact that the bozo paid half towards fixing it before it was fixed.

learn from it, laugh and go on. there will be other chances to purchase an automobile.

The reason we're "so fired up" is because you came on here making generalized statements basically calling all dealerships crooks. What you should've done was from the get go make your statements only about the fly-by-night shhit shack you bought a piece of junk from. Then you have the nads to basically steal and defraud them with the intentions of getting money from the contract for repairs... WHEN NO REPAIRS WERE MADE... then turn around the sell the vehicle in ill shape. You're a liar and the crook in my eyes.
