bout to do my swap into my 93 today any pointers!

I am going to be doin an 85.5 Turbo coupe engine with 85.5/93 wiring harness into my 1993 LX hatch. i have heard from a bunch of people that problems occur. anybody do this exact swap and could tell me what to look out for before i start this afternoon. Thanks. I dont need to know how to do it but just some little things i can do to avoid screwing something up.
