I was smoking a cigarette in the parking lot, and was adoring my car, and noticed that on the front wheels, the calpier is on the back side of the rotor, and on the back wheels, they are on the front side.

Just out of curiosity, is there any particular reason they're set up that way?

Thanks.

I've been thinking about this one. Good question. Maybe it's to help keep the weight away from the ends of the car or it may in some way help keep the car from nose diving during braking. I don't know, just a thought.
