c6 with long tail and V-mount into a Fox?

I have a Lincoln c6 with the long tail and V mount. Is there a way to use this setup with the stock trans mount (moved or tweaked) or do I need to find a short tail section.
Its a 93 Mustang, 460, and 8.8.

i have a c6 but its a short tail housing. was from the bronco. you have to clear your tranny tunnel for the swap.
