My old brake booster was leaking ( you could hear it hiss when you held the brake pedal). So i replaced it with another used unit and everything is fine, no hiss and no hard brake pedal at cold startup. But now the calipers stick if i do a hard sudden brake. Is there an adjustment to help this out or is it just my calipers? Seems the booster has a nut where it plugs into the mc does this affect my situation?

The booster has a threaded rod that pushes the piston in the master cylinder. Shorten the threaded rod about a turn and see if that fixes it. You don't have to take the brake lines off the master cylinder to do it.

See http://www.svo73mm.cjb.net/ for more brake help.
