Cam Questions

Are there any aftermarket cams you can use that will not cause you to need a tune after a h/c/i. The reason I ask is because there are not really any tuners around my area and I dont have the time, patience or money to shell out for a tuner such as a tweecer, pms...etc. I would be willing to do just an h/i if im going to need a tune. The heads and intake im planning on using are twisted wedge heads, and street or track heat intake.

You can theoretically run them all without a tune. I'm currently running the TFS stage 1 cam with no tune. Every great while, it'll give me some surging at idle or bucking when I'm cruising along, but it's pretty trouble-free and I could daily drive the car if I wanted to. My combo is in my sig, and I'm still running stock 19lb injectors as well.

isn't there somthing called a crower baby cam or somthing? suppose to be a really mild cam if i remember correctly that just so happens to have put out great numbers...im too lazy to search right now,hehe

have a look here. I would think the crower and steeda cams would work good w/o a need for a tuning device.
