Can I run mid 13s with my mods?

1990 lx hatch 5 speed k member trickflow intake e 303 cam stock heads aluminum drive shaft upper and lower control arms 3:55 gears nitto drag radials 315/35/17 electric fan pullies cold air intake no ac no heat bbk headers no cats flowmaster exhaust 70mm throttle body 24 pound injectors and fuel pressure regulator. i am not sure if i have the E303 cam but i have a similar set up and my goal is a mid 13 pass. hoping to figure it out this wednesday at testing and tuning.

shouldnt have a problem running mid 13s with that. a good running stock engine with bolt ons, gears and a tire and a good driver will run mid 13s. The intake and mild cam are only going to help that setup.
