Can you use a 94-95 Cobra Mass Air on an 92 LX 5.0

Can I convert an 94-95 Cora mass air to fit on my 92 LX 5.0. I know the air filter mounting flange is different but are the electronics the same. I am running 19# injectors. I can pick it for a really good deal.

dont know that is a good ? it should be a totaly diff computer.
