Car is being painted after all the threads about color...

haha since the MOST IMPORTANT thread on stangnet vanished, here it is again! A rant about my hatchback's new paint job!

It's going to be black, with blue pearl and 4 or 5 clear coats with wet sanding after the basecoat and clear. So it should be a mirror finish when done. The body panels are being painted seperately too. I should have it back by May 1st or around there... I'm keeping the stock LX wing afterall but still have the designs for the "drag wing" on hold. Everything is stock except for the antenna delete and 1982 Scoop which is functional (air cleaner is located in scoop). I didn't sell my 17" Cobra R wheels (couldn't do it) so I polished them up and getting some 245/45R17 tires for all 4 corners. I may have side exhaust, just tips in front of rear wheels but that's not done yet...

As for sound I got some MAC long tubes and 2.5" h-pipe no cats and glass packs

I need to buy a small d-cam, the one at work cost over 20 grand and I'm too scared to bring it home lol. But it will be out of paint by the end of the month / start of may...
