Finally, a GOOD retro design! (not that I dont like the 05 stang) Looks bang on with the old school look but a bit more modern, that is ****ing wicked. maybe its too similar to the original? but it is still ****ing sweeet.

I want one.

holy fak! that thing is awesome!! i've always preferred old mopars over other late 60's/early 70's muscle cars and planned on trying to get one once i "grow up" but THIS is perfect -- blends old styling with new technology. gahd..

i agree! not many people talk about the old mopar muscle cars--they were just as bad ass, if not even bad-der, than the more popular cars of the time. they were packing some serious oomph.

i know the retro fad is getting old and a lot of you guys are sick of it, but i personally want more, more, more. i mean, these are cars our fathers and grandfathers tweeked--challengers, javelins, chargers, gto, z28's, boss's, mach1's, cobras--and now we're getting a chance to do the same thing, only with new technology. the aura is still there, though, and links the two together. i think all this **** kicks ass.

if the big 3 are reading this, you ****ers better produce this **** and quit teasing us!

OMG! I want this thing! I love the old ones. I was a big fan of the old and new version of vanishing point so this car is only a dream that it actually got redone. That thing looks great, perfect blend of onl/new. If was was already out of college I'd look into trying to get one of these. Is it for sure on the production of this thing? or is this just the prototype?

Except for the dash, that interior looks a lot like the new Mustang's. I dig those old-school, classic muscle car mirrors!

the grill i don't really mind--at least they don't keep the same size grill and design the entire front fascia around it (pontiac! cough cough). they manage to screw with the grill so it'll fit the car.

That is the best looking retro design I have seen by far. I do like the interior, though. As "new Mustang-ish" as it may look .... it does look kinda like the old Challenger interior. I also like how the rear windows actually roll down.

I do hope they keep the front end if they produce it. I hate how car mans. are making their whole fleet look the same (especially Chevrolet .... they all have the same design).

I don't like it, but then again I have never liked any of the old mopar stuff for some reason. They did do a good job of capturing the "old school" look with it though.
