Check engine light. P0113 Intake Air Temperature circuit High Input. Does this mean my intake temp. is to high? I have a radiator hose resting on my supercharger which might be the problem.

i think it means your IAT f'd up. it's reading the max temp, so it's telling the computer it's something like 200 degrees outside. if it said 'circuit low input' it'd tell the computer it's somewhere around -40 outside

unfortunatly, the IAT is built into the MAF starting in 'o2, so if i'm right (i'm probably not) you might have to replace the whole maf sensor

There's a start.
BTW I know superchargers get hot, but so much that its too hot to touch?

I got one of those once, cleared it out, and it came back, cleared it out again and it hasnt come back yet. I didnt replace anything. I just let the car run and it resolved itself.
