Look at this, i finally found out why my car wont run, and im talking with Mass Air Systems, hopefully they can repair it! Somehow a component burned out, it actually burned away the "jelly".....i cant wait to drive my car again.......so i can dismiss the "myth" that turbo mustangs can run for extended peroids of time!

Wow! I bet that wasn't grounded properly... I had an internship 2 years ago and we had a military grade circuit board be grounded uncorrectly. 48 volts right to ground, blew a whole 2 inches wide in the board, and the military stuff is very tolerant of energy flash.

Nice find, I hope you get her running again!

Actually, I wonder if some water got in there because it wasn't sealed properly and caused a short???

yeah, i figured it out by "datalogging" with my code scanner, it would read 0v with it unplugged.....and peak to 5v when i plugged it in. maby a seal was bad on the plug, and allowed water to get in....probably what happined, cause it acted up after it got wet. but, yeah im happy just to find the problem, it really sucks to not know, plus i spent almost 200$ on ignition parts that dident fix my issues!

I know you were chasing the issue for some time Kyle. Seems like it very well could have been that it got wet in there and shorted, based upon the hood up incident.

Now at least you are on the road to fixing it (not chasing it).

Good luck.

More like hood off! :bang: I drove mine around a few times with the hood off right after doing my h/c/i, but I never left it out in the rain, lol. Glad to hear you found the problem dude!
