Choice of Oil 0w-30 or 5w-30 all fully synthetic

I recently discoverd 0-w30 by mobil 1 fully synthetic.
Is it more advantageous to use this over the 5-w30 fully synthetic?
are there any draw backs?
im sticking with motorcraft filters

It just means that it will be a little thinner than the 5w-30...

If you lived in a cold climate you would have a little more protection during start-up, theoretically.

However, you're also giving up some degree of warm weather protection...

I just filled up my crankcase with Mobil 1 5w-30, but if you used 0w-30, you would likely never see a difference...
