Cobra Brakes installed on my 02 GT *pics*

I was hoping ford could replace just that nut as it is kinda stripped from the factory, like a malformed bolt, but of course they won't believe that.

Well no warranty so they will charge you.

If you put your stock brake lines back on they may do it for you since the remaining parts are OEM.

Your stock lines will work fine as they are what Ford also used on the Cobras. You'll just need new copper washers from the parts store

I wouldnt trust most Ford dealerships either. There is only one guy that I let touch my car and hes installed everything on my car and fixed every problem Ive had with my car (only 1). He knows his s**t and I trust him fully.

I was at my Ford dealership for about 3 hours this morning but they fixed my brake leak, flushed my brake system, aligned and balanced my tires (my steering wheel was 2 or 3 inches off center when going straight), and rotated tires.

But one of my wheels had a cross-threaded lug nut from my last Ford visit and they charged me $87 in labor to break it off and put a new stud in. x_x
